We could have called four things a routine and shipped them together. We made one cleanser instead, and only when it earned it.
Varel starts with one product on purpose — a cleanser, not a routine. Everything else is still formulation, not a promise.
There's no inventory, no warehouse, no pre-order. What exists is a lab, a run of batches, and a list of people waiting for what comes out of it.
Every batch goes through stability testing and wear trials before anyone outside the lab sees it. When one clears, it ships — the list gets it first, already finished, not as a trial. Only in the size we think is right.
